Summary: Really friendly and helpful. Went in night before to say we were checking in next day. Barbara really nice and said would store luggage on arrival, the room was actually available and given to us at 10.30 am on arrival Only had one night as had been staying in another hotel in Lucca. Room was quiet, clean and had everything you needed. Breakfast was good Stored luggage until our departure later in day.
